how to apply Aadhaar card , any one line process please tell me!!!

My querry is regarding change in address.
How if, people residing in rented houses, which they have to change for various resons, the address on the UID card may not remain valid. Is there any way to submit the old card and make a new one with same number, but with the changed address. So also with children, at what frequency their cards would be updated as regards age and photograph?

dear sir, i have got my aadhaar card. but i have shifted my address. how to get address change on my aadhaar card
I am a resident of chennai and desirous of getting a card for my spouse.I got one for me ,one year back at the early phase of launch.
Now that Karvy is nor an enrolement centre,one does not know where to go.There is only one Centre at T.Nagar,but there is telephone no given in the website.to check as to whether they are still active,When I checked with IOB,Cathedral Road Branch,where the Project was launched with fanfare,I was told that the Bank is not now doing.
With a great IT whizkid at the helm,I am surprised that the website is very poorly designed,-not aimed at All India viewers-I think he has not seen the website himself.
If there are no centres at Chennai,let the website give a status report ;
1.Where should one go for enrolement.at Chennai
2.Why it is not successful in tamilnadu-is no there polical backing?Website talks about its great success in Hyderabad,Andhra Pradesh and ceratin select locations.Why not the website designed with buttens for each State in India,so that people can look at the respective state ,for information as to enrolment,card status check centres,grievence centre ref, customer care ref etc
Will Mr.Nandan look at the possibility of designing a dynamic website?
3.There is no customer support email id prominently displayed .Why?
4.Will the authorities reply to my email address in the next 7 days atleast?
