I wanted to enroll AAdhar card.I have registered online with ration card no.But the form is not being downloaded properly.Also the centre you have given is in second floor.Old people and people with Athrites cannot cannot climb the second floor /first floor.Is it a must a person residing in Vishakapatanam should register in Vishakapatanam only or can we get it done at Vizianagaram also.
